REA GROUP was founded in 1985 initially with a Commercial division and a Service division; it becomesPreferred Partner ABB and KUKA Official System Partner with over 25 years’ experience and over 1,000 Robots sold in major industrial sectors.

In 2004 it was created the third group division REA ROBOTICS with a highly specialized team that designs and manufactures flexible robotic cells with a special area dedicated to R & D, where are studied, experimented and put advanced solutions for the national and foreign market, ensuring a steady growth.

Nowadays Rea Group with a staff of 40 employees is based in Veggiano (PD) and provides a team of over 15 technicians which ensures maximum quality and timeliness after-sales service with the possibility of service contracts and maintenance programs; it avails also of advanced computer systems, connecting robotic systems via web, such as remote assistance, off-line programming and video inspection.

Product Profile

• Aluminum foundry sector: robotized interlocking with die-casting machine with inserts manipulation and molds lubricate, trimming, removal of risers, grinding and polishing, positioning souls and dowels, application of paints, resins and auxiliary products.
• Machine tool sector: feeding and loading units equipped with advanced vision systems
• Withdrawal from bin: 3D withdrawal systems pieces arranged in bulk. Based on optical scanning-laser integrated with robot.

Engineering:

• R & D Area dedicated to studying, experimenting new technologies such as vision systems for quality control and grip parts, programming and off-line robot analysis.
• Mechanical and electronic technical department dedicated to designing with 2D and 3D CAD stations for the most sophisticated market demands
